MAY TRIGGER i think i have binge eating disorder

just saw this on youtube. i have known i have had some sort of ED since april, but was unsure of what exactly it was since i have many of the symptoms of food addiction, compulsive overeating, and binge eating disorder. the hosts are not very good during this segment, but it is informative. i put a trigger warning on it because it shows photos and video of a woman bingeing, and offers details about another woman's bingeing episodes. watch at your own risk. it is in two parts due to commercials.

It's good to know what exactly you are dealing with. I know a lot of people have a variety of EDs but the more you know about it to better because you can't fight an enemy you don't know.

You can seek a therapist that specializes in this now or at least now which direction to go in.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
