Vitamins alone will not help with this, you have to eat healthily, and maintain your weight within a healthy weight for height range in order for the "shock" to stop and hair to replenish xxxxxx

I have the same problem, and obviously your disorder is the reason for your hair loss. I have been diagnosed with a zinc defiency, which affects hair, skin, nails, stomach etc.... My doc has put me on zinc capsules. So get your bloods checked out, this may help to some degree. Best of luck to you. Stay strong.
Slimpics
Fane is right-on. But I must add that once you DO return to healthier eating & a more suitable body weight(as well as your periods returning,) it can take a LONG time for your hair to start thickening up again. It's going to take some patience.

If you eat and take vitamins your har will come back, but you have to take the first step by gaining weight.
