I have been battling eating disorders for a few years now. It has been a while since I have gone and extended time not eating (longer than like a week) or throwing up all the time. I stop eating for like a day or two and occasionally purge
Lately I have been having a lot more trouble because I am trying to quit cutting. My mind is trying to find a new outlet for the hate for myself, then anxiety and the pain.
It is already almost 9PM and I just willed myself to go get my dinner from down stairs. I stopped eating yesterday so the hunger pains I love so much are gnawing at my stomach.
Step one of getting the food is done but now for the much harder part of eating it. Every time I try I can't seem to do it. The fight inside my head brings me to tears.
I know my boyfriend would be really hurt if he knew I stopped eating again and I know I should tell him anyways but he has had such a good day and I can;t bring myself to break the news, I already trouble his life enough. So instead of going to him for support, I come to you.
Any tip so make even just the first bite less painful? any one else been here?

I know it's extremely hard to start eating when you feel so accomplished after those hunger pains have started to grow. The only true advice I can really give you is to think about how proud your boyfriend would be if he knew you were eating a meal after making yourself go hungry for awhile. I know that my boyfriend loves nothing more than when I can eat without punishing myself. You've gone this long without food; you definitely deserve to let yourself eat a meal.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
