I have been doing so well with the purging down to just a few times a week but I really slipped this morning. I was so hungry I ate 3 blueberry muffins and 3 bowls of cereal and could have eaten more but made myself stop. I was on a binge and purged right after. I hav not been on a binge for at lease 2 months or so but it was like I just could not stop and I had to purge to feel better. I feel so guilty for eating like that and guilty for purging. It's just so easy to do and I don't want to go backwards. This is so hard! Does anyone have any advice or anything that could help me not do this when I feel this way. I feel so bad, like I failed at stopping this habit. and I know how easy it would be to keep it up. It's the only thing I feel that I have control of in my life. Weight.

Thank you for the support and kind words. I have gotten to the point were I will eat dinner and keep it down only because I have someone with me at dinner that I don't want to disappoint because they know what I would be doing when I excused myself. But if I eat any lunch or breakfast I am alone and its easy to do. I keep telling myself once I get to the weight I want to be I will stop, unfortunately it easier said than done. I know. But it is a struggle that we all deal with every day. I am so glad I found this site and met so many wonderful people who can relate. Thank you

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
