I'm gaining weight again. I've slipped from "recovered" back to "compulsive overeater" and I'm on my way back to either anorexia or bulimia. I've stressed and eaten and gained weight. I'm so unsure of where to go now. I follow a "meal plan" only to restrict and end up binging before the day is through. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm back to wanting to be skinny no matter the cost. And my actions are slowly catching up to my brain. Someone help me..
