its super good and helped me... other wise there are health/well-being collages where a student nutritionist can give you cheap consultation.. eating healthy also helps sometimes...
i hope that helped a little bit.
I always eat breakfast as soon as I wake up each morning to get my metabolisum going usually consists of: egg beaters, fat free cheese, and toast which I make into a sandwich (very filling), or 1 tbsp of peanut butter with banana and toast or cereal and banana.
I usually dont get hungry for a morning snack because my breakfasts keep me full for around 4-5 hours...
Lunch depends but I try to get all food groups involved and dont rarely rely on frozen meals if possible. I'd rather have a salad with soup, sandwich with yogurt n fruit, turkey wrap or something of that sort.
I always have a snack around 3:30 or 4 of a healthy granola bar, fruit smoothie, yogurt and fruit, popcorn, etc...
And dinner I try to get whatever I am lacking for the day like a salad if I need veggies, or some sort of lean protein like fish n chicken with rice, veggies etc. and end it with a dessert bc I have a hugeeee sweet tooth.
I try to exercise about 5-6 days out of the week even if it's something small it is definately better than nothing! sometimes a food diary will help as well keeping track of how much you've had and what you need to hold yourself accountable...mypyramid.gov will tell you how many of each food group you need and daily calorie needs depending on how active you are...
I used to have problems were I would binge eat on stuff like crazy and then try to restrict myself or kill myself working out to mke up for it. I feel I have so much more control now with a more set food plan and balanced meals good luck
