You need to find a good nutrition guide. You should be eating 7 fruits and veggies a day. These will NOT make you fat. You also need calcium, and protein, and lots of fiber. I'm not condemning you in any way that you ate, but if you eat well, you won't gain weight. Since I came here for support, acknowledged the ED, I have gone back to eating correctly. Like in my 20's when I had no ED, and was thin and healthy. Next time, think about some good things you could eat - like carrots and bananas and apples and oranges. Then think milk or soymilk. Lite tofu is a great source of protein, and low calorie.
You need to re-educate your mind about eating in a way, that won't make you fat, but will meet the required nutrients, every day.
