I have been up for four hours. I am so sick at my stomach. But I can't force myself up and into the kitchen to find anything to eat. Not even something small or light in calories or even some healthy safe food. I am incapable of going to eat. I do this all the time, I don't eat during the day. Then I have something very light at night when my aunt is watching. I hate being like this. How fucking hard is it to go grab a damn sandwich?
Will it get better.. Will it ever stop.

It can get better but for that you need to take the scary step of getting professional help and eating even when you think you can't.

I finally got up and had something to eat. Nutritious, small, but still I ate. I made a couple of calls the other day. I'm working on a referral to an outpatient eating disorder therapist. But I just don't know. I thought you had to want to be better 100% for it to have much of a change of your life?

Congrats for eating and working on getting a therapist. You know it's hard to want 100% to get better. Don't set yourself such a high standard. Babysteps! Once you are in recovery you will realize how much better life is and want to be without ed more and more.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
