Im sorry you feel so bad about gaining, but hopefully you will see that its not the end of the world. I would stop getting on the scale, I had to throw mine out, because I always felt the way you did, so now I just dont give a damn. Much love to ya

Sorry, you are having such a rough time. You sound like you are having a nervous breakdown. What brought this on? I'm sure you gained the weight over a period of time and not just in one day. Are you maybe just having a rough day? In your picture you look fantastic so I'm sure your weight is not as out of control as you think. Do some positive self talk or better call a friend that can calm you down.

I'm sorry you'd rather die than be fat. Those are powerful words. I hope you can try to find out who you are and get to know all the wonderful things about you that have nothing to do with your weight. XO

you are definitely not alone in this feeling. although it is irrational and people really have more to worry about than how 10,20,even 30 extra pounds looks on you it's a real fear and something that is blocking out your real emotions haha i sound like a councellor. i feel the same way often right now. hugs.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
