I am recovering from anerexia and bulemia and so I use this support group. But I wasn't sure if any one else deals with cutting? I haven't cut for a long time but I was totally triggered tonight and had flash backs from my past abuse. I cut myself tonight and feel so angery at myself!

You aren't alone. I have dealt with cutting before, too, and once and a while, whenever I particularly despise myself, I relapse and cut again. Which of course makes me even more upset with myself. But reading your post, while I feel sad someone else is in the same sort of pain I've felt, I'm comforted to know that I am not alone. It makes me feel like I have people I'm fighting this alongside.

I used to cut. I promised myself at the beginning of the year that I was going to try to stop. So far I have stuck to my goal. If you want to talk about it or need some support I'm here

Thanks you guys. It makes me feel better I'm not alone.

You are not alone hun. I have been there and done that as well. Suffered through the eating disorders, and then i experienced some cutting in there as well. I haven't cut in about 6 years... i turned to working out. So whenever I would feel the need to cut, i would turn to running or kickboxing, and it helped tremendously. Afterwards, I felt so much better about everything, plus I didn't have the shame of the cut.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
