ULTIMATELY, the choice is yours.
Choose wisely please.
Is that an Option?
Anyway, if you insist on carrying on, I'm just going to reverse the acceptance of your friend request.
It's ENOUGH.
Have a good night.
As stated above, TO GET BETTER *WE* must do what our minds are telling us not to do, IF we want to get better.
To even think clearly your body NEEDS nutrition.
I do it, others do it, and YOU CAN do it, IF you so choose to get better.
Your eating disorder is no different then ours.
Hopefully others will stay by your side, *I* can't not, any longer.
Good God, Good luck!
You ARE going to push EVERYONE away eventually, if you continue the way that you have been.
A Food Disorder is NOT a game. It's a serious matter, it causes major health issues at the least.
I have a few. Including a shrank stomach due to all the abuse I put myself through, I even struggle to make myself eat on most days due to not even feeling hungry, nor wanting to eat but I do know that I MUST eat, or get locked up, I slip sometimes and not eat for a few days but nobody can live like that and walk freely. I also have restroom issues and my food disorder took part in me being severely anemic.
You don't need to get as insane as I got and did the damage that I have before accepting recovery.
I very much respect what you said above and agree.
Also, OP (and this is the last comment I am making on THIS thread) I resent the fact that you make comments indicating that you are an authority on the subjects of EDs - "EDs (eating disorders - ummmmmmmm, I think we know the lingo by now) are NOT a choice" and referring to people as "ignorant". It is obvious by YOUR comments on here that you are the one who could benefit from learning a thing or two about EDs. I have struggled with EDs my entire 40 years. You don't have the monopoly on suffering OR knowledge so why don't you try being here as a SUPPORTIVE member of this group and not one that is combative and resistant to advice? You may garner more support yourself that way.
Just my two cents. Take it or leave it.
