Maybe we can keep this thread going and help eachother? I could really use it.
I started a journal of things I learned from the day, such as eating macroutrients in each meal really does give you more energy and makes you feel fuller. I have also started to incorporate a fun sized dark chocolate candy bar after every meal. It has helped a little with the binges. I did have a big one yesterday 5,000 total for the day and one today about 3,500 for the day. I feel out of control and can't stop. I also just wrote a letter to myself about how i felt after binging. I feel bloated, my head hurts from the sugar and i feel literally sick.
Just curious what do you binge on? Is it anything you can get your hands on like me? like english muffins and chcoclate syrup and caramel sauce... wtf? Ice cream cone with chocolate syrup.... pretty much chocolate syrup on anything. Am i the only really abnormal one?
I am sorry this was sooo long but i feel a little better. I hope we can keep communicating on here and hopefully support eachother in becoming healthy and HAPPY!
