1. WRITE HER A LETTER-that way you don't have to say anything.
2. PRINT HER SOME INFORMATION ABOUT BULIMIA-something fishy website is a great resource for info. you don't want to tell her if she does not know what to do with the information. she could do or say somethign that could make it worse without trying...hope this helps
when i told my mom about serious issues i was going through, she never understood, but once she realized how serious it was, i was able to get help.
it is a scary thing to tell a parent, but your family needs to know..it isn't just something you hide..or deal with alone.
i wish you luck..and i hope you can get some help to stop it now before it gets worse.

You'll do your best. Hopefully she'll do hers. You'll meet somewhere in the middle.
My advice is to not gloss over how much help you actually might need. Now is the time to take action.
