Purging is addictive, you know this. It's best to end the cycle now before it gets worse. Do you have a therapist or anyone you can talk to? Sort out all that caused the relapse, address the feelings that made you relapse not just focus on the purging itself. Also, you may want to get a jar and make a list of things to do beside purging. Tear up the ideas into strips. Put in jar. When you feel the need to purge take out a strip and read it and do the activity. Do as many strips as it takes for the urge to pass. And, finally, take a sign and put it on your toilet or where ever you purge that says "don't do it, you're more than this" or whatever phrase inspires you not to purge.

Once you get back into a habit, it really sticks with you, and takes control. The best thing to do is get OUT of the habit, and tell yourself to never purge "just once", because it'll continue, for sure. I know it's hard, once you've started again, so if things continue on, I really think you should let someone know what's going on, and reach out for help. You really don't want to let it get worse and worse, you can get really sick.
Sometimes certain medications aren't right for certain people. In my case, I've been on many different types of medication, just for depression alone, because it took me so long to find the one that was just right for me. Everyone is different, and it is not only just the medication. Everyone also has different coping methods for their depression, and certain things that get their mind into the right place. You just got to tell yourself that you REALLY have to work hard and stay strong to try out different options and work as hard as you can to find what's right for you. It'll be hard, but you always have to stay as positive as possible and never give up hope.
