I would suggest trying to take some vitamins, and seeing a doctor. Please be safe, take care!
Much love ,

When you drop a significant amount of weight in a short period of time, you loss muscle mass. What we don't really notice though - I mean, how could we unless we have x-ray vision - is that our organs also drop mass. Chances are your heart walls and/or valves have experienced some decrease, are weak, and now are being pushed to unhealthy limits. I'd wager that you've developed a murmur or an eradic heart palpitation. One of the biggest killers of people with ED is cardiac arrest, and you should NOT take a chance that this is a minor warning. Your body is in distress, and it WILL have negative results. I developed a heart murmur and at the age of 22, experienced my first tacacardiac episode - minor heart attack. This is not something to take lightly, and I suggest you see a doctor.
In terms of myself I also get random chest pains but they last only for a few seconds, we've determined it can be some palpatations but since they don't last for a long time it's not a huge concern - I've had more EKGs then I can count and they come back normal. If it gets worse for me then I'll have to get a 48-72 hour EKG, so I hope that doesn't happen.
But really you need to see a doctor to make sure it's not something really serious - it could be over working your heart or something like electrolyte imbalances - which can be dangerous.
Take care of yourself.
I've been anorexic for 12 years and found out 4 years ago that this caused a heart condition which I will always be on meds for. Not worth it. Please listen to your therapist.
I have GERD and the acid reflux sometimes causes pain in the center of my chest, so I attribute it to that....it usually happens on an empty stomach, so I would suggest eating something like a granola bar or anything a little bit before you exercise.
If the pain is more on your left side, above your heart, I would definitely be concerned and see a doctor. I mean either way you should see one, but ya know.
Good luck, keep us posted, I'd like to see where this goes! =]
xoxo.
