what do other people think are healthy guilt free snacks? i have a few, muesli bars are a fave of mine, generally being under 130 Cal per bar, the yogurt tops have that, and those without are usually under 100. Mini sesame snaps are another one with 52 Cal per little pack, of course fruit is always a good one, and i've started making home made mini muffins which are under 90 Cal per muffin. i'd love to know what other people enjoy or think to add to my list, cause sometimes these foods get a little boring.
