Anyway, when it finally did come back consistently I felt disgusting and huge and fat and awful. I knew it was a great sign that my body was becoming healthy again, but I just looked at it is fat. Try to look at it like at it for what it is. It's a sign that someday you can have a baby if you want to. And it's a sign that you are taking good care of your body. I hope you can see it as a normal thing again and stay strong and not relapse. Although it's a huge trigger, it's just another bump in the road to recovery. I'm here if you need anything! (( (hug)))
