Emma Forrest just published her memoir talking about her eating disorder and her self injury episodes; but it's told from the bond she had with her therapist. It's actually a really good read for anyone who doubts you can find a therapist who you can connect with, and who will help you. It's called Your Voice in My Head.
Wasted : A Memoir of Anorexia and Bulimia by Marya Hornbacher is an incredibly powerful read. She wrote it when she was 23. It's not for the faint of heart, but I do believe it's a strong read everyone should look over. That said, it is incredibly triggering.
Right now I am reading Portia De Rossi's memoir Unbearable Lightness. I admit I walked into it assuming she was just an actress looking to make more money. But it is a very emotional tale of a woman similar to all of us who struggled to find happiness with her life, who she was, and her appearance. Really made me choke on my previous view of the woman.

Wintergirls-Laurie Halse Anderson
Both very good books but be careful if you're easily triggered.
