I have had an eating disorder since i was 12. Anorexia/Bulimia. I have received treatment, and did okay for a while..however my eating disorder is back

I need to ask for help again, but i am so afraid to, i can't even muster the words or courage to do it. Part of me wants help, but another part says not until i reach 80 lbs.

There has always been an intervention staged, or my parents talking to me. I want to talk to my aunt, and have her talk to my parents, so i don't have to see the dissapointment on their faces.

and when you reach 80 lbs will you be more willing to get help? i think that the longer you go without getting help the harder it will be. please please get help now... talk to your aunt!

HEY GIRL, PLEASE TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ASK FOR HELP NOW, BEFORE YOU LOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT. AND DONOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR PARENTS REACTION, THEY WILL BE THANKFUL THAT YOU CAME TO THEM FOR HELP OK LOVE YOU STARVING GIRL.

Repeated treatment is often required. It's nothing to be ashamed of-eating disorders are deadly. Talk to your aunt- that's a good step.
Where did you go for treatment in the past and how old are you if you don't mine me asking.
Mirasol in AZ has unique program for adult and teens. You might want to look it up.
