Give yourself a break. Like you said you are doing awesome and having a slip every once in a while is only natural. Nobody is perfect and does the right thing all the time. Keep up your good work and get your positive attitude back. You can do it and if dinner doesn't work out tonight start over tomorrow.

Distractions.Deep breathing. Doodle. Walk. Sing. Write a letter. Color in a coloring book. Read. Anything to distract the focus on the food.

You have been doing really good. Don't be so hard on yourself. Everyday with eating breakfast lunch and dinner is not always going to be the same. Sometimes there are days where your body craves eating 3X a day and sometimes your body only needs to eat 2X a day. Neither one of those is wrong. Trust your body more. It'll tell you what it needs. Good Luck.

Im ready to start...
