I have been gaining weight lately. It is very very frustrating, although I physically feel better, I hate so much what the scale is revealing. I start making goals for myself, very unhealthy ones and I know its not good but just want to lose lose lose. I feel so helpless and angry at myself for all of this. This disease is a never ending cycle of hopelessness and frustration. I'm just giving up hope, I try so hard. I just dont know how long I can hold on. I'm just exhausted.

Fighting Ed is exhausting, but you can do it, stay strong and keep in mind what you are fighting for. I felt the same way when I first began to gain wght so I quit looking at the scale. I even weigh backwards at the dr office and ask them to not tell me. This helps. About the goals, well try to set positive ones and remember what is a number? it si just a number and nothing more, it is not YOU. Try to rememebr what it felt like when you were starving yourself and how tired you were. You said you physically feel better now, well do you want to feel tired again? Probably not. Keep your head up...and have faith...you can do it!

I wish you could go to skinnygirl2525 and look at the last picture she posted of her scale. It kind of says it all. XO

i know how you feel. dont give up. it will never go away if you do. i gave up, or just ignored it and lived with it and didn't try. and now, here i am, trying to get on with my life, but it is still there. don't ignore it. it won't go away. it is exhausting. i have lost hope before also. be strong. remember you are strong and today is a great day and things can only get better and they will get better because you will make them get better. they dont get better on their own. good luck. it is like a war, i know.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
