Hi, I have those symptoms sometimes and I heard that if your body is low on a certain vitamin or something then you will crave things that may have that thing your body needs in it. Like I was low in sodium and craved mustard all the time. I also learned that we crave certain things depending on our emotions, feelings and moods.for example- when you're angry you crave crunchy things. Maybe you can journal your cravings and how you are feeling at that moment and maybe after a while you will see a pattern.I hope this helps a little. Stay strong, Michelle

I can totally relate to the flip flopping. Right now I am in anger mode at myself for gaining back 6 pounds of the 40 I have lost. The more angry and disappointed with myself that i get the more I snack. I generally don't want sweet stuff, but when I am going through this cycle I crave sweets. I am thankful that I found this site. I am in weight watchers, but my friends there don't seem to have the same eating issues I have. I have used food for comfort and I am tired of it controlling me.

Im ready to start...
