I wonder why you feel you cant eat breakfast anymore... Last year when I was on a one-week compulsory course (for the long-term unemployed) I found myself skipping breakfast. The course and the whole area of employment/unemployment is very upsetting for me. I wonder if in your case its you work thats getting to you and causing the "need" to skip breakfast? Or family pressures?
Whatever it is, its almost certainly not just a one week pressure thats about to end so its important to address the breakfast/eating issue. Are there some foods that would go down relatively easily in the mornings? Natural yogurt? Berries? Milky coffee? Cottage cheese? Something else?
I know these mind games can be powerful but in the long run skipping meals just makes you weak and maybe irritable rather than slim and beautiful. Try to find the foods to give you the energy you need to live and work.
