the above statement is MOSTLY true, but not fully, so it's still a lie....
#2....both are false. it depends on the person, how long they've starved their body, how much/little they were eating previously, etc.....
also, if you eat good foods (i LOVE organic stuff) you are helping your body out rather than just keeping calories in to survive, you know? it helped me when i was going through the hardest time in my recovery because when i ate at least i could feel good about what i was eating and not feel disgusting. i mean, anyone can tell the difference between how they feel after eating a cheeseburger or how they feel after eating a deli sandwich with organic bread, meat, and tomatos or whatever. even if they end up being the same amount of calories you feel much better.
