Based on your prior posts, you say that you have been in and out of ED centers for treatment for a while now. Based on that my assumption would be that you KNOW that 900 cals a day is not acceptable. So, instead of asking a question that you know that answer to, why don't you try telling us what it is you really need right now? Attention? Friendship? Someone just to say they give a shit? Well, ok - we can all do that. But don't demean yourself with one of ^these^ types of posts full well knowing what the answer is. Recovery is about getting real and that's what we're all here for, hopefully.
HUGE hugs and please let us know what is going on and how we can help..

I didn't say you were doing this for attention. I asked you if you NEEDED attention - there is a difference. We all need attention and validation as humans and when we do not get our proper share we cry out in various ways to get it. I sort of felt like your post was like that. I wasn't meaning to be harsh, only to try to get to the point of what it is YOU really need because I want to help, not hinder your ED.
And yes, EDs are completely, totally, brutally hard to fight. Hence why I said part of recovery is getting real. You have to visit and talk about the ugly in life to get to the good stuff and move past the intensity of what you're feeling now. I'm not suggesting you have to share your inner most secrets with all of us here in this forum (all though by all means if you want to - god knows, we've all been there. Also if you want to PM me there isn't anything in life I haven't been through, got through and survived through. I get it.)
You need and want support through this shitty miserable fight you have ahead of you?
You got it.
Warm hugs...
Jen
I suggest using the free app "myfitnesspal" for a balanced work up which will help you make good decisions and program a proper calorie count based on your goals.
Good Luck, we all need it. :)
Hi dragonfish I have a Fitbit.
"myfitnesspal" and others like it, gives you a food diary entry which tracks your calories, fat, carbs, sugar, sodium, etc. for each day. It helps you balance what you are eating, to assist your exercise.
