have any of you guys ever stopped using anti-depressants cold turkey? After being on celexa for..well only a few days lol i stopped cold turkey and the headaches and some residual sideeffects are still with me.
The nurse called me today(not knowing i stopped) and told me to take less every four days and stop after a couple of weeks and take prozac while im on it. lol..umm whoops?
any suggestions? similar experiences? i'd appreciate anything. i plan on calling her tomorrow and telling her what's up but im still a bit nervous about what i'd done.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
