So I am going to take a big breath, do my best and try to lose without going crazy. there has to be a way. I have friends I talk to that keep me grounded.
when I get these thoughts I say NO, do it the right way !!! its the only way.... im here if you need me.
hey whats the name of the cold medicine ?? HAHAHA just kidding babe.... heehee
Can you slow yourself down a bit and be thoughtful about what you really need? My ED therapist is convinced that I should not think about losing weight, and I'm beginning to see the wisdom in that. I do more harm than good when I try to lose weight and gain back whatever I've lost plus a little more.
It may be totally different for you, but I'm simply saying to be thoughtful. Many health conditions are improved by weight loss, but many health conditions are also present in people who are not "overweight". If you can focus on overall health and being active, those are usually the critical elements in many health concerns.
Hope I'm not rambling too much! And there's a reason those warning labels on cold medicine say you shouldn't take them for long periods of time. Depending on the medicine, you could really hurt yourself...
