It's hard for me to say for sure because it's different in every state and possibly every county but I get my therapy because I have Medical Assistance through The Department of Welfare, which unfortunately takes time to apply for (at least where I'm from), but that's the best I've got to offer. If you look under "Recomendations" there is a site that will point you to freee support groups in the area, but only in the USA.

Yes, you can still get help.

I would contact Hospitals first to find out which one has and Eating Disorders Unit. After you find one, call the hospitals Financial Aid Department within the Hospital to find out if you qualify for their program. Financial Aid Programs cover 100%.

You can go to your county's Human Services welfare office to see if you qualify for a Medicaid. Medicaid will cover 100%.
Between Medicaid and the Financial Aid Department your hospital treatment shouldn't cost you anything.

The only other things are (google) OA Over Eaters Anonymous Meetings. And there are always support groups in Churches.

You can get self help books on how you can treat yourself with ED. Self Help books usually comes with a workbook.
You can get those same books on Audio.
