Hello,
Me and my Mum are trying to work out what % under weight I am... neither of us are any good so I thought it would be best to ask you as you might have worked it out in the past for yourself.
I know that someone with a weight 15% below their 'normal' body weight is classed as Anorexic. But my wants to know how much in percent I am under.
If anyone knows how to calculate this could you help me out? Thanks!

Google a BMI calculator, they can help you with that :)

But it's not just your percentage that makes you anorexic, it is also your thoughts and actions. I was classified as both as a teen and I was not 15% under although I was very underweight. I think this could be very triggering for you so I'm going to recommend that you not give yourself another number to fixate on. Peace and blessings

BMI is not that accurate as we are always looking for the most accurate of numbers, I have learned that its not about BMI, its weight for height, everyone is different so BMI can be misleading with respect to body frames etc and starting point of the illness, its more about behaviour, weight loss timing, psychological problems etc. So its weight for height charts which you can get on the kcl website or google, print off and chart your losses etc Love Fane x

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
