I'm in therapy. I'm talking about my problems. The medication that the doctor thinks will benefit me, has seemed to actually benefit me. My weight is rising and I'm freaking out. My anxiety is rising. My depression is rising. My stability is crashing down. I'm drinking more than ever. I'm worrying about my weight. I'm stressing the future. I don't want to go back to the way I was. But I don't know how to move forward.. I'm just ready to crawl into the shower and cry..

Keep on doing what you are doing. Therapy is a tough thing and usually when you start digging up your inner demons thing do get out of control for a while. That doesn't mean that you are not progressing on the contrary you processing all the bad stuff. You have to let your therapist know though what exactly is going on and how you are reacting. Honesty is the only way. The only way to healing is forward but that doesn't mean that you can't crawl into the shower and cry. hugs

I agree - go have a good cry, they actually can help a lot. it is a lot of work to recover, but SO worth it. maybe you can journal about the positive changes you have made so far. you are taking steps in the right direction. we tend to be so hard and critical of our thoughts and actions. please stop and see how great you are, at this very moment... because you are! hang in there.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
