I read your journal. So you didn't make it without binging and purging. Start again the next day. And why are you afraid of your Dad. Your are 19 years old. Tell him you need your boundaries. If you can't tell him write him a letter. That's what I did with my parents
The only reason a school you were staffed at would have reason to know would be if you were 1)acting on behaviors on school property 2) needed to ask for time off through Short-Term Disability (you'd have to explain why)
In other words, they provide you with health insurance - but they don't have access to how you use it.
I believe they may be able to ask you take time off to get help, give you a couple of weeks leave, if it got to the point where you were passing out in school, etc.. But I don't believe they'd have the right to fire you, or not hire you, based on a mental illness.
