always here if you need to talk x
First, women seek out healthcare and help more than men. Period. Typical comedic scene: women sit around and talk about their problems, men down a few beers and grunt a lot. Wife drags husband to the doctor. Etc. I'm not saying that's how it should be, but that's how it is.
Second, men often present with different symptoms, so aren't as likely to be classified as having Major Depression or ED. Think about body dysmorphic disorder... underlying eating disorder behavior, but not at all presenting like a tweeny anorexic girl. Check out a few college lightweight crew or cross country running teams. You'll see more than a few (straight) men with very serious eating disorders.

People are going to judge you no matter who you are or what you do. Everyone has something going on behind closed doors that they don't talk about. Know that you aren't alone. :)
I know they have some online questionaires that you can fill out and it'll help you better understand if you really do have an ED ,if its borderline,or nothing to worry about..
Maybe you can go see a counselor?
I dont think anyone would think your gay if they found out you were dealing with an ED
