I know you said your boyfriend made you stop, do you mind me asking if it hadn't been for him, do you believe you would have wanted to stop starving? I only ask because I know that sometimes we try to please others by getting better but we may not be 100% committed ourselves at the time. And that makes it even harder.
I tried for years to appease everyone else, but I never really stopped and asked myself why I wanted to do it for myself. I had to realize that I wanted to be healthy because I deserved to be, and so do you.
I've been going through something similar, except with purging. I'd gone many months without it and now I've slipped back into doing it every now and again. What I find helps me is to surround myself with people I love. I'll sit down with my family and eat, or go out with my boyfriend for ice cream. I find that by being with these people it helps give me strength, the negative thoughts aren't so loud.
Talk to someone about how you are feeling. Your boyfriend, a family member, a friend, or a therapist. Talking about it helps a tremendous amount and you get the support you need in return.
Good luck to you and I am always here if you need to talk!
