hey all-it has been 27 days since i last binged!!! i took kayla out to celebrate her bday early. she will be at camp the week of her birthday. we had fun shopping and chit-chatting. i can't believe she'll be thirteen! that makes me feel old!

i was triggered today at the mall. but, by the grace of god, i didn't binge/starve. instead, i posted 15 operation beautiful notes. most of them were in the addiction and recovery section at barnes and noble in eating disorder and diet books. i've developed a habit of posting a note each time i'm triggered. since i didn't know when i'd get a chance to go out again, i decided to reward myself a little early. i bought myself a GORGEOUS wooden journal with "footprints" on it. it's absolutely the prettiest journal i've ever seen! it's my display pic. i can't wait to fill my current one up so i can decorate and write in this one!

i've gotta be honest. today was really hard. i'm not sure what it was...maybe it's because i'm so close to hitting the one month mark. i don't know. all i know is i almost gave in, but i didn't. i haven't been doing as well on the other end of my ED. although i have been doing better. i haven't starved in almost 2 weeks! i ate all three meals today too!-fallon
