I don't know what to do. I feel so broken, sad and hurt. This is the second person to pass away in two months. He had cancer and I am lost. I was trying to act like this never happened but now it's getting to me. I'm lost. I don't get it.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

Try and remember all the good stuff and the happy times that you had with them and forget the bad stuff.
Big hugs
God Bless
Grief is tormenting I know, I've had my share of it.
Death took my mom and dad and my closest sister and closest brother away from me. My mother died of colon cancer and my brother died of blood and bone cancer.
I lost my beautiful sister when she was only 18 in an auto accident. My father died from a massive coronary heart attack.
Not a day goes by that I don't think about them and miss them.
I lost my pet of 20 years and my mother on the same day.
I found out that the grief from loosing my mother overrode the grief I felt for my pet allowing me to only grieve for my mother.. My heart could not handle that much grief all at once,
I fell deeply in love with a guy when I was a young woman. This guy talked about marriage and getting a family car. Then the next thing I know he's telling me that my uncle told him that I had a relationship with a married man. He said, "Should I kick this married guy in the teeth for what happened between you and him?" .....So much for marriage and being with the man of my dreams. I was devastated and grief struck for a very long time after loosing this guy. As it turned out, he gave me a dear john letter and ended up marrying my cousin.
I carried a torch of grief for a very long time after I lost that opportunity to marry the love of my life. As a result my life took many horrific bad turns.
I struggled and supported myself for many years until I finally met my current husband now of 20 years.
I heard my ex had a set of twins and another child while married to my cousin. They eventually got a divorce.
I still grieve over missing out on my chance to be a young wife and having children with my dream guy.
Grief is a very heartbreaking, and sad torment that only time can heal. However there are scars left that never go away.
I agree that crying is a very healthy way of expressing grief. You will feel better after a long cry and letting out all the emotions that make you feel sad.
I hope this helps you realize that you aren't alone and that others are experiencing deep heartache and sadness just like you have felt.
God bless you and may he keep you safe!
