Feeling depressed

HI today was a very hard day.  I felt like a cloud was circling over my head.  Going to work at Home Depot made things SO much worse.   I felt overwhelmed and very frustrated with the crap going on there.   Then a co worker felt the need to bring up politics during lunch.  I ended up walking out of the lunch room and went to a conference room across the way to get away from him.   I was so angry.   I was only too glad to get out of there. I am SO happy I have tomorrow off, unfortunately I have to go back on Fri. Then I have the weekend off.  But I know I need to get out of there. 


I'm so disgusted with myself :(

Uuuggg i wish people would get that not everyone like to talk about that stuff.
Think you did the right thing by walking out.

I really believe things happen for a reason....maybe someone higher up is trying to tell you there is a better job waiting for you where you are needed more. I have found that to always be true in my life.

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
