Dizziness is the sensation of instability. Vertigo refers to dizziness with a sensation of motion. Vertigo is more likely than other types of dizziness to be associated with nausea, vomiting, or double vision, to occur even when lying down, and to feel better with the eyes closed. I haven't been around in a while but I think of you guys often.
I'm approaching the one year anniversary of my (second) PE.
Last year, I didn't put up my Christmas tree because I had my PE at the beginning of December.
As Christmas approaches this year, I am feeling a bit sad, scared, anxious...I am not even sure of the right word for my emotions.
I just want a bit of support.
And I want to know how others have handled "anniversaries."

I originally joined Daily Strength because I had a PE (pulmonary embolism) last year. That's a life-threatening condition when a blood clot passes through your heart and lodges in your lungs.
I don't know how to delete this post, so you can ignore it and I'll go post it in the right group. Thanks!
i just am "lucky" enough to have a blood clotting disorder. :)
