Dizziness & Vertigo Support Group
Dizziness is the sensation of instability. Vertigo refers to dizziness with a sensation of motion. Vertigo is more likely than other types of dizziness to be associated with nausea, vomiting, or double vision, to occur even when lying down, and to feel better with the eyes closed. If you are a frequent sufferer of dizziness or vertigo, join the group and find support.
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took a while for me to find the right medication. Meclizine didn't really work for me either.
For your dizziness- do you feel like you're spinning, or more like you're on a boat?
Have you been to specialists about the issue? Have you had an MRI?
What kind of dizziness is it? How new is it?
I see the list of symptoms for your disorder, which includes tinnitus and headaches, severe vision problems. You have all that?
Is there any pattern to your dizzy times? Is it every day?
One condition may or may not have to do with the other. Most of us have been on a long medical adventures and experimentation to try and find out what the cause is. Vertigo itself feels awful -- deadly at times, but technically isn't a threat to your life unless you're operating a vehicle or fall down and get hurt. But it will definitely alter your daily life if it keeps coming back.
Glad it's not your heart, though! :c)
have you had all the test?? have yoyu seen all the doctors?? Dizziness is a VERY hard to diagnose.
i want you to try as hard as you can to think positive. from my personal eperiance, stress makes it WORSE. it does pass and come back. you will not pass out. Ive felt that feeling and its VERY scary. if you feel that sit down and chill and relax. you may have to do a detox of cleaning your system from all bad food and drink and stick to a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. your brain will eventually adjust and give you some good, or ok days. may not be perfect but tolerable.
weather environment can trigger symptoms and what you eat. sleep on a couple pillows at night.
fell free to share anything and
with us. we are not doctors but we sure know how you feel YOUR NOT ALONE! and knowing that makes you feel better. you may not get a response QUICk BUT BE SURE YOU WILL GET SOMETHING,
