I am having severe dizziness from last one week and I started vomiting from last 2 days. I am suffering with positional vertigo from last 6 years and it usually accompanies with nausea.
I vomited on Monday and Tuesday after severe dizziness and found good amount of blood at the end of vomiting. The stomach pained a lot when I vomited blood. This is the first time I am vomiting blood. Is there any thing serious with me? Does anyone have this kind of experience ? I am worried a lot and I need help and advice from this group.
I am taking meds, but it's not helping me. I am unable to walk and drive. I am at home from last 4 days, just lying on the bed. Your valuable suggestions are welcome.

I would go see your doctor tomorrow. If you need to call an ambulance, do it. Don't freak out, but better safe than sorry! Hope everything works out!

Renee, thanks for your advice and suggestions. My dizziness is slowly getting better and anti-nausea meds also helped me. Once I am able to drive, I will go and see the doctor. I would like to know why I coughed blood along with the vomiting. May be there is some underlying serious condition.

I am certainly not a doctor, but I know that sometimes you can break a blood vessel in your throat from vomiting.
