so for the most part my appetite has only changed because i don't want to feel bad. I miss chinese food!!
You know that feeling when you start getting over the flu, and for the first few days you can only stand to eat soup? That's how I feel every day.
I generally eat what I want, and am able to work out on a universal gym. I just try to stay active. But I have been eating more healthy foods and have noticed the weight to start to shed a bit. Bagel and carrots in the morning, sandwich for lunch and usually a home cooked meal.
Eating at home is soooooooo much healthier for you. If you are concerned with your weight, start by eating at home and drinking more water. Cutting a lot of sugar, thats not natural, will help in reducing the weight.
But I love food and its just having to curb the appetite that makes it hard. Yesterday was the first time in a LONG time I had eaten out. Chick fil a. It was good.
Right now, for example. It's 10:30 in the morning here. I haven't had a bite of food since dinner at 7:00 last night. I'm completely not hungry. The thought of food turns my stomach. I can last this way until 3:00 or so before I actually want to eat.
I'm going to get up and make myself eat some oatmeal. I'll pick at it for 10 mins and eat about half a cup.
