Dizziness & Vertigo Support Group
Dizziness is the sensation of instability. Vertigo refers to dizziness with a sensation of motion. Vertigo is more likely than other types of dizziness to be associated with nausea, vomiting, or double vision, to occur even when lying down, and to feel better with the eyes closed. If you are a frequent sufferer of dizziness or vertigo, join the group and find support.
Do u suffer everyday all day? Do your symptoms seem to get worse before/during periods?
Thanks for the warm welcome.
I think what helps more than anything is to pace myself.
I don't try to do too much in one day.
I plan carefully so I can nap if I need too.
I don't spend too much time on the computer or in places with florescent lights.
I have already started writing bits and pieces of stories in my journal...
I haven't noticed a connection with my period.
Having the cutest pup in the world really helps make up for the dizzy symptoms. :)
I researched your brain port...I wish they had on here in Michigan but they don't. But I am so happy to read that it worked for you! I love to hear success stories! That gives all of us hope.
