Dizziness is the sensation of instability. Vertigo refers to dizziness with a sensation of motion. Vertigo is more likely than other types of dizziness to be associated with nausea, vomiting, or double vision, to occur even when lying down, and to feel better with the eyes closed. I have officailly been diagnosed with BPPV. I have seen and ear/balance doc. I did 6 days worth of exercises and then went back into the office for a "repositioning" and it worked. I slept just about sitting up for 8 days...and I am happy to say that I am dizzy free. I do have a 50% chance of it returning, but I also have a 50% chance of it NOT returning and for now I will go with that bc I never want to have it again!!!

This daily strength is a nice place to be. I use for for somthing else that is critical in my life and it helps a great deal.
