I just finished Runaway - it was great - worth a read or two or three...

i love and have read many of the above books.. I would also like to add.."Help I am in love with a narcissist" by Steven Carter.. Sounds crazy but it really does shed major light and alerts you to red flags ( many you would never have thought of) on people in general who are in your life.. it will also be useful in moving forward . Others as noted above The runaway Husband....The Script....He's history Your not....Journey from abandonment to healing ...Emotional Vampires...The unexpected Legacy of Divorce (for those with kids..as an adult child of divorce I found a great deal of answers to my own behavior here) .Codependent no more..and Beyond codependence..Maybe We should start a lending library..lol... so many books.. cant wait to move on and read some juicy fiction, or hilarious comedy..

I want to add a book that my employer assistance program sent me way back in the beginning. My support group uses this book. It's called Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends (Fischer and someone else...authors)

It is written by men, but that is a good thing! The more reading and research I do, the more perspective I get. I take bits and pieces from different places and sew them together in my crazy healing quilt.....and hopefully in the end, I feel warm, comforted and peaceful.

For those dealing with a narcissist-my counselor gave me a book called "The Object of my Affection is in my Reflection" I had no clue my husband (and also my dad) was a narcissist.
Ordered two books yesterday-I know they will be helpful. Every little bit that helps me move along in my baby steps is appreciated.

I just read " The Ten Things to Do When Your Life Falls Apart" by Daphne Rise Kingsma. It's about finding emotional/spiritual resources within yourself when faced with any of the traumas that make you feel like your life is coming apart, including abandonment/divorce. I found it helpful
