Hi. I thought I would write about "How to get to know the "Real" woman I know I am somewhere."
I was in an abusive relationship. The things I believed are not true. I know I am a good person deserving of love, respect, and kindness. However, being together with someone who had no empathy, love, or feelings at all have bruised me on the inside. It is hard to accept myself as I see me. I am discovering more about my own "True Self" and I am just now beginning to "sort of like me." The brainwashing is backwash. I find it hard to trust what anyone says is as the absolute "Truth." Do any of you have problems with confusion on making decisions? Simple things of daily life used to be a struggle. Well, there are days when I don't trust my own instincts. How do others' here cope?

I am still having doubts but sometimes it is a good thing. It is a survival mode. When you start having doubts, think where did that come from. If it is from him. Say oh well, go bye and stay bye. One day at a time
