watery stools anyone with cramp pain !

From what I have heard, mucus is what is in the stool. It comes and goes. Pain would be on left lower side too. My husband had this going on inside of him for a few years. The really bad attacks started about two to three years after he lived with the pain and his stools not looking right.
He goes in soon to have his colon reattached. Has had a colostomy bag since May when he had emergency surgery to save his life. Very sick man and in the hospital for 26 days. He is doing so good now. Has all his weight back & strength. Has been hiking alot. Hope you are ok.
