Hi all !!
I was just wondering if anyone here eats sweetcorn ?
I havent eaten it since my first flare and really miss it with chicken !

I'm about six weeks after my first blowup (small perforation on my first DD attack) and I eat corn all the time. Canned, on the cob, with or without other foods.

Check for a thread in here about videos on YouTube, there's more and more data that suggests no food is bad for all DD cases. It seems some folks have allergies or something but in general, things like nuts and seeds might actually be GOOD for us.

I seem to react more to amounts of food eaten rather than the actual foods. I did have a bad reaction - pain, gas - to a large meal of processed food. I won't eat anything that came frozen in a box now, that's the only area I'm backing off.

Corn doesnt bother me but i take a Fiber supplement to help ease my flare up's i take Fiber-con and i eat Fiber-one cereals

Corn is one of my Nemesis- if I want to ensure a FLARE UP then I eat corn. Cooked, Popped, grilled, creamed, boiled it doesnt matter!
