Check for a thread in here about videos on YouTube, there's more and more data that suggests no food is bad for all DD cases. It seems some folks have allergies or something but in general, things like nuts and seeds might actually be GOOD for us.
I seem to react more to amounts of food eaten rather than the actual foods. I did have a bad reaction - pain, gas - to a large meal of processed food. I won't eat anything that came frozen in a box now, that's the only area I'm backing off.
