Hi I've had another flare up just got off of cipro an metro it has been 4 days since no pills but left side seams like its ready to flare up again what else should I try to stop it from flaring up

Try a mostly liquid diet for at least a couple of days. Soft things like ice cream and pudding. No bulk. Take some vitamin C too. Just don't drink any fruit juice--too much bulk in it. I take aloe vera instead of fruit with bulk. Make sure everything is soft!

It is from a plant that is 100% vitamin C but it is easy on the digestion. I start taking 3 @3 times a day and ease off after a couple of days. It calms the gut. In the vitamin section at walmart.
