Corn bothered me..I have eaten Corn my Entire life, while having the Diverticulosis, never had an Issue until Mega Stress hit me..after that I could no longer Tolerate Corn, Seeds.

You will just have to keep a Journal of how you feel when you eat certain Foods..for at least 24 hours after the food is eaten...soon a pattern will emerge, and you will know what to stay away from.
I ate Pickles with No issues at All...seeds in them..but they never bothered me in the least. I Never tried the seeds from Cucs..I always cleaned em out.
On principle, however, I'd recommend avoiding corn meal as it's hard to digest and could be rough on the digestive tract.

I have not had any trouble with corn on the cob. But I had better keep a log before I commit to that. I only eat soft corn tortillas now and they never hurt me. No problem with squash or pickles.
I can't eat corn nuts or popcorn any more or I get sick fast.
