I am just going to vent alittle. Or maybe alot.LOL
But do you ever just get tired of hearing these warnings about that is not go for you to eat. you shouldn't eat that. Watch how much of that you eat. For example red wine is good one week. And bad the next. Coffee is good for something. But then too much caffeine isn't go for ya. Eat tuna it's good for ya but you shouldn't eat to much because of the mercy.Sometimes I wonder how the older generation has lived as long as they have without the warning labels and the hazards of foods and drinks. I wished we could enjoy eating food without having to worry weather it is going to kill us in the end. Eat to much read meat and it could cause you to have heart failure. Eat to much pork and if you have hypentension it could cause it to go up. To many sweets on the lips goes right to the hips my grandmother use to say. Well, I think this has help me to get it out. Maybe you have heard of these things too about your favorite foods and you need to get it off of your chest.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
They also ate much fewer processed foods and virtually everything had to be fresh.
