Don't worry about the numbers right now.
What's most important is to get the exercising to become a habit; do something every single day for exercise.
Focus on how you are feeling inside. Maybe your breathing is not as labored, or maybe you don't get tired out as soon.
Every single day, you may not notice your progress but when you look back in a month from now or in 6 months, you will be able to say that you feel more energized, your clothes are fitting you better, and the exercising is getting easier.
You keep at it, and are always pushing yourself to do your own personal best each day, and you will be successful.
Calories in, minus exercise equals weight loss/gain.
It may also be the time of day you are weighing, is it the same? Water weight can fluctuate by two pounds.
If you need a journal, please let me know and I'll send you one. Otherwise, just keep up the GREAT EXERCISE ... you WILL get there!!!!
Love ya lots! Ranae
We are born with a certain amount of fat cells and as we gain weight they get bigger. As we strength train and build more muscle tissue our metabolism increases because muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does. Also more importantly than overall weight is body fat%. If you have the opportunity to get that checked that would be good.
Start a food diary and make small goals for yourself and celebrate each one.
